Actiforce at Orgatec

Maximum impact on a minimal footprint.

Challenge:
How do you stand out at one of the world's largest workplace trade shows with a limited budget? Actiforce needed a stand that would attract visitors, showcase multiple product stories, and position the brand as a forward-thinking innovator in workplace solutions.

The idea:
Rather than creating a traditional product display, we turned the stand into a highly visible brand destination. Working with insights from TU Delft on the future of work, we translated emerging workplace trends into a series of colour-coded environments for meetings, workshops, product demonstrations and hospitality. By maximizing the stand's height and architectural presence, we created a distinctive landmark that commanded attention from across the halls while making the most of a compact footprint.

My role:
Concept · Creative Direction · Spatial Design · Stakeholder Management · Production

From developing the creative concept and visitor journey to shaping the spatial design and overseeing production. Working within a small design studio, I was involved throughout the entire process, from idea and stakeholder alignment to supplier coordination and on-site realization.
