I’m Bea, a Brand Design Lead with nearly two decades of international experience across Germany, the Netherlands and New York.

I create ideas, identities and experiences for brands people live with. 

My work brings together brand strategy, design systems and creative execution, translating brand ideas into distinctive experiences across campaigns, retail, content and editorial publishing.

With experience spanning FMCG, retail, lifestyle and editorial, I combine strategic thinking with hands-on creative leadership to build brands that connect with people and stay consistent as they grow.

I enjoy connecting ideas, teams and stakeholders, turning complexity into clear, compelling brand experiences across channels and markets.

And if you're wondering about the pink dot above: It’s inspired by the red stickers used to mark sold artwork in galleries. Since graduating in Communication Design in Germany in 2007, I’ve carried my own pink version as a reminder that great creative work creates value for both people and brands.
